RecommendedComing home from a mini vacation our van stopped running on the highway, we were towed to Loft Service center and they found the area that was the problem did a small fix and we were back on the road only to break down again - went back and they fixed our problem outside of the shop and then took it out a couple times to make sure and we were back on the road. We still had a 4 hour drive home and they checked in with us periodically all the way home - that is outstanding customer service!!!!!! Thank you Loft Service Center!
Roger saved the day while I had my 4 month old daughter in the backseat. We had tire pressure issues and he had the problem resolved in a few minutes to get us back on the road to her appointment 30 minutes away. Thank you, Roger! We will most definitely be back! :)
