Ava is absolutely AMAZING! She did exactly what I asked for and even more she is the absolute best and is the sweetest woman ive meet. DEFINITELY would recommend going to Loft salon & spa!!!!!!!! 100000/10 recommend!!!!!!!
They ruined my daughter’s hair and argued that it was fine! The owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. We went there for an all over color and left with two tones and spent $240. Very disappointing.
