Kelsey was amazing, i went to get a hair cut after 9 months. I usually struggle with letting the stylist know what i actually want and I end up not being happy with the results. She was great making me comfortable and asking me questions to better understand what i wanted and made sure the results were what i wanted. Ill go see her for color next time

Ava was not intimidated by my crazy, frizzy, corkscrew hair and took a very personal approach; going creative and cutting utilizing methods outside the box. I requested a deep conditioning on the spot and she worked that in, too. I love my hair, thanks to Ava.

I had an appointment (puralux smoothing treatment) with Abby yesterday, she was amazing and very accommodating. I wear a hijab and she was very respectful and gave me private room and helped with the booking process best days/ times for more privacy. I really appreciate her effort and my hair I feels amazing. I can’t wait to see her again soon!

Do not see Ava if you want strong vivids or any sort of communication about your hair. I booked with Ava because she's one of the only stylists in town who markets a vivid service. As a new client, I made a mistake in the booking process and instead of telling me I made a mistake and helping me book the right service for what I wanted to receive, Ava massively messed up my hair, did not communicate anything about pricing, and took over 2 hours longer than I expected.
