My excitement of moving in was quickly dashed. The first deception of this seemingly mary poppins friendly owner is that she is the actual owner, not her son. Secondly, mere days after move in I received a call asking if I had small grandkids. To which I replied no, not in this state. Supposedly, she had proof that my son(who she was all gungho to have added to my lease)had a female here with 2 kids runnimg amuk in the parking lot which made no sense as he is disabled and severely ill. Loved this place! Rooms are fully furnished and rented month-to-month. The manager was so nice to me and my husband. The street is quiet, and I rarely heard noise from other tenants. We only moved out because we left the city!
Just moved here and the apartments are clean and well maintained. The one-bedroom apartment has an upstairs open loft bedroom above the living area; the smaller studio apartment is on one floor with a fold-down bed in the living area and also has a full kitchen. Every apartment comes already furnished and ready to live in. The manager is friendly and helpful, showing fairness and generosity in her dealings with tenants...or at least she did with me, however, she runs a tight ship and if you break rules and don't communicate ... read more
A safe and clean place to live. The owner/ management staff is very friendly and responsive to all requests. I came here to live for a month while looking to buy but instead have found a home I enjoy and have been here on a month to month lease for 4 &1/2 years.
