I had such an amazing experience at Loft 9.14! Hannah truly blew me away with her knowledge, energy, and the beautiful work she did on my daughter’s hair. She really listened to what I was hoping for and somehow managed to exceed every expectation. The highlights came out absolutely stunning—my daughter was literally in tears because she felt so beautiful. I’ve had the same stylist for 15 years and then she moved! I googled and yelped for weeks but was at the point I just had to get my hair cut. I decided to go locally and, if I didn’t like it, oh well. I made an appointment with Karli and I couldn’t be happier. She listened, I showed her a photo and she gave me a great haircut!!
