Guard was too busy talking and had a whole back up of traffic
Pool has been closed the entire summer. From the very first day it would be warm enough to use it, all the way into now, the beginning of fall. I am sure that by the time it reopens there will be maybe a week or two or pool time. It's not funny anymore. My experience as a tenant at Loft 5 was frustrating and disappointing. While the property is marketed as having a "resort feel" with upscale amenities, the reality was far from the advertised image. Persistent habitability issues, including unresolved HVAC problems and retaliatory actions when raising concerns, overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. Loft 5 community in Las Vegas NV run by NORTHCAP requested a food delivery driver to leave their ID at the security before delivering the food! Later The security named Steven gave the ID to a wrong person without properly confirming the First and Last Name and/or by photo! It is NOT legal in NV Las Vegas to keep people’s IDs, “they can only keep it if you’re arrested or there is legal grounds to hold it” ! NORTHCAP should absolutely be responsible for this situation!
