I’ve seen Jessica twice for partial highlights, toner, and a cut while I’m trying to figure out what I want to do with this gray hair coming in. Both times she brought in the perfect amount of highlight and tone to make my hair look perfect! I get so many compliments after I’ve seen her!! Everyone seems nice there and in and out in 2 hours- better than expected!
They scheduled me with a different stylist who they claimed was “one of the best” but it wasn’t a great experience. The stylist had a “I don’t care” attitude and seemed irritated when I asked for a redo because she didn’t match the color whatsoever despite showing her the picture several times.
