Everyone is so friendly and the rooms were beautiful. I think they’ve nailed the “vacation” experience with their pools & poolside food & drink service along with being just a short golf cart Ride to the beach where they provide towels, chairs and umbrellas. I was able to go to a yoga class every day and it is very kid friendly!
Great rooms but the elevators need servicing!!! Got stuck for 30 minutes on the 16th floor with my husband. Management handled everything appropriately. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms so eat good while you are out at the restaurants.

The staff was helpful and courteous and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the waterfall trail, especially at night. We were in a large conference group which had a banquet one night. The beef fillet was so tasty and tender one could cut it with a butter knife. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:15pm, which was a slight annoyance, but about 40 minutes later they texted us and it was ready. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

I was here for a conference. Beautiful hotel, but super expensive. How is valet parking $33 a day? ? How in the world can 1 daiquiri and a shrimp quesadilla ,appetizer size, for lunch cost $59 ?!?? Seriously?! But the conference rooms gave no electrical outlets to plug in tablets or phone? With the money they are charging for the food, booze and parking, surely they can upgrade the conference rooms . It’s only fair.
