The hotel may be nice but the top floor at this hotel is only the 14th floor. Apparently residents live above that. Valet was incredibly slow the next morning, and there wasn’t even a bunch of people for them to service. A nice clean hotel but if you’re looking for luxury this one misses the mark.
One of the best experiences I have had in the last 10 years of travel. From the front desk to housekeeping and food services, the experience was consistently excellent.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel location was perfect for our first family visit to the Windy City💯
Amazing location right by the river and Michigan avenue. Really nice rooms and even has and outdoor pool
