Went here for my birthday, they left me a cute cupcake and a hand written note! The view from our room was incredible as well. Not to mention there are several restaurants and museums near by! I plan on coming back here again!
This hotel is in serious need of maintenance and attention to detail. When we arrived, the mini fridge did not work. Then the air conditioner was not functioning. We were told it just needed time to cool, but it did not, and we had to have a technician repair it for about 40 minutes after midnight. The shower had very low water pressure. First time staying at a Loews property. Beautiful hotel. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Walk everywhere. I stayed in a premium king. Enough space for 2 people.
Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff, ambience and comfort. Loved every minute!
