I parked in the garage below this hotel this weekend (frigid Chicago weekend!) and my car battery died. Arturo and Moris (I didn't catch the spelling) came out into the garage to help me with the car and managed to get it started. I was so grateful for them taking the extra step to help us out! (I'd love to send them each a small gift card, if someone from Loews sees this and can contact me, that would be awesome!)
Great Location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended
I booked the hotel through Chase edit program. Upon checking in, our room was upgraded with a nice Navy Pier view and we received a “goodie bag” with hotel credits. Kids also received surprise toys that they enjoyed during the stay. Friendly and relax hotel for us to stay over one of the coldest weekend in Chicago.
Don’t stay here!!! There was hardly any heat which significantly impacted our experience there. We would like to be able to return there someday, but they would not give us a free room credit, and our experience with the lack of heat was horrible
This hotel is really nice! Great location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and the restaurant is top notch too. We stayed here during CubsCon and didn't leave the hotel except to go to the convention! Really great experience, highly recommend
