I felt quite uncomfortable on the initial phone call. My intuition said to pass. I feel it is important to have someone that feels like they have your back in the insurance realm.
This place is amazing! They have been so helpful and I will forever have house insurance and soon to be auto insurance through them, Marie is super helpful and personable. My grandpa also dealt with them for years and they were always good to him!
I've worked with Zack Jacob for years and he is the most knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful agent I've ever experienced! He is always happy to answer any number of questions I have. He does as much legwork as possible up front so that I don't have to. He makes this whole process so easy and it takes a huge weight off my shoulders!
