Terrible service. I called looking for a plumber because I didn't know if I was having a leak from my water heater or bathtub.. They sent someone out & charged me $100 for "labor" is what my receipt said. The guy was there less than 15 minutes and didn't even do anything except say it was my shower manifold that needed replaced and gave me a quote. BAD BAD BAD, long story about Loescher Heating and Cooling! I purchased an a/c unit about 5 years ago from them and their employee that came in and installed my unit charged me $3000 and told me thank you and goodbye. Then i had to keep calling them back and then got told that oh they didnt tell you that your unit in the attic is bad as well and you will have to purchase that which will be $3000 again. They misdiagnosed my problem, I was charged for parts i didn’t need, charged to restock the parts i didn’t need, charged service calls to re-diagnose and they never fixed my humidifier. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for real help.
