Michael is extremely compassionate and professional in his approach. I had worked previously with another attorney, or should I say paralegal and it was a terrible experience. I have been going through a contentious ugly custody battle for three years now. Customized assistance is the type of service Mr.Loeffler gives. Initially I retained legal services from Mike for what I thought to be a simple settlement that my ex and I agreed on. I had a tricky case and live out of state. Michael and I worked via phone and email and set up our case. When I came to town the day before trial, we met and I found all the information organized and a solid plan in place. Mike is ethical and will take the high road, both in court and in interaction with other attorneys, regardless of their demeanor. At an uncomfortable time, his attention to detail was worth every penny.

Michael was a great attorney. He was a very kind and caring person. He was also very tough when need be. Michael was a good choose for a random pick out of the phonebook. Top-notch professional who actually cares! I was lucky to find Mike Loeffler. I was dealing with spousal and custody support issues with my ex. Mike gave great advice and really showed me that he knows the law inside and out. On top of that, he actually cares about the people he works with and it shows.
