First time buying a car and it couldn’t have gone better. Tony was amazing—patient, honest, and super quick to reply. He explained every doc and step so clearly that I never felt lost. We were deciding between two cars and he gave us a super thorough, easy-to-understand comparison (no pushy sales vibes at all). We even had some payment trouble and he stuck with us the whole way until it was fixed. Learned a ton about the car too before driving out. Huge shoutout to Tony and the team—would definitely recommend!
Tony is My salesperson!!! He is the BEST!! Very knowledgeable accommodating And always gets back to me in a timely fashion, which is very important. I have been to other Porsche dealerships downtown Chicago, etc. but Lincolnwood is the top choice. The customer service is above the rest!!!
