Sid did an amazing job per usual as he has with my family the past decade. Would definitely recommend any newcomers to loeber motors to try and work with him.
Service department manager Xavier John is never helpful when it requires human interaction, he would talk with guidelines he learned during training. I lost my trust at this dealership service at times talking with their Manager was coming to a resolution but with him nothing changes. My car broke down last month while I was driving on a highway. I had car towed to local nearby workshop thought was just a tire that burned out then I found out it was my rear sub frame that broke. I knew it was under warranty so I got the work... read more
