First purchasing experience at Loeber, and first Mercedes. A lot of stark differences between my wife and I's experience in the past with other dealerships/brands. Tony Patel was our advisor (highly recommend him, he's incredibly kind, patient, and transparent). The experience here is a step above the rest and then some. I left the car on the extended warranty for the subframe, the car stayed for almost 3 weeks and was serviced but returned with a sound on the brake system and 2 lights on the dashboard for abs, it was not 100% before I left it, now I have to go to the service again
