UPDATE 5/6/24 If you look at their reply, they claim to not know me but why do I have such a detailed review? If you think I’m lying, email me or like this post and I can send you a copy of the emails and the way I was treated so poorly. Like I said, this company is only good for lies. I am a current tenant and I have to say that Franz and Nick are great people to work with. We’ve had some issues with our banking system and other things and they completely understood. We have also made friends with Jorge the maintenance guy. Such a great guy to joke and laugh with, plus he gets the work done. I love our apartment and hope to look into another home or apartment with Franz in the near future. Thank you Franz for everything!!
Franz is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend him as a realtor, too.
Had a friend that had a house through this company. They wouldn’t do any repairs to things that need to be fixed. Things were falling apart and they kept trying to say it was the tenants. They were very rude and not professional. Definitely don’t recommend this company!
