Changed appointments randomly without letting me know first. Rescheduled on the day of appointment. Did show up at all for an appointment and didn't get back to me when I tried to communicate.

I had an appt with her through amwell. My Appt was at 12pm, at 12:15 she decided to cancel. No follow or anything. Wasting people's time.
I met with Lody and she was very sympathetic, was a great listener, and most importantly, she was patient. I never felt forced or rushed to open up about my issues and she made me feel at ease. I've met w other therapists and by far, Lody is the only one that helped me work through my problems.
