These guys are awesome. I just stopped on to get my bike checked out because it seemed a little out of tune and the guys here jumped on it and fixed it right away. Not only didn't they fix the bike but they also shared a lot of cycling information that was good for me since I'm new on the road here. Definitely will be my go to spot from now on.
To Whom It May Concern: I have had three interactions with this company, and they have all been negative. My first interaction I had some maintenance done on my bicycle (and new pedals), and paid for some training wheels put on my son’s bicycle. I walked out of the shop onto the street to get on my bike, and the pedals fell off. I went back into the store and they said well, the guy who works on them is gone for 3 days, so come back in a week. Between the cycling stores we've serviced our bikes in Sacramento and Elk Grove, this location is our favorite. They do a great job of explaining things that need to be taken care of, they are honest about their prices and have our bikes in their history. Definitely recomend this place.
My first experience was great. I bought a bike, and I am really happy with it. Unfortunately, my second experience didn’t live up to that standard. The service was noticeably less attentive, and I had issues with the repairs. My concerns weren’t addressed to my satisfaction, until dealing with the owner. Overall, I’m left feeling uncertain. The shop clearly has potential and some knowledgeable staff, but the inconsistency in service makes it hard to fully recommend.
