I have never had any problems with this clinic. When I call to make an appointment I get in the same day. The ladies are polite on the telephone and the billing department will work with you on a payment plan. Very satisfied!
I am so disatisfied with this clinic and the staff. I come in for a scheduled apt I get into the room and wait anywhere from 30 - 45 min. for the dr to come into the room. I have tests done, the lab tells me when they will be in and to call. I call and can't get the results because the dr isn't in that day but they will give the dr a note I called. I call the next day because nobody has contacted me, again the note will be given to the dr I called. No call back. this has been going on for the 8 yrs I have been there. The rec... read more
