RecommendedHuge shout out of thank you to Bernie, Robert, Tayna and Krystal for all your decision making in getting the Lodi facility new windows! They look great, the difference they make in our homes are astounding. We so appreciate them. The installers, are professional, polite and clean up after themselves so well. kudos on picking them also!
RecommendedWe have a wonderful maintenance man. He fixes items that have been broke. He gives 110 percent to make sure that things that need fixed right.
This is a horrible place to live. since management changed 3 years ago. The manager is very incompetent and lacks empathy toward disabled tenants. Don't waste your money moving into this hell hole! People are in your personal business. YOU will have no privacy. This is a "buddy system" place. If you don't fit in, you will be constantly harassed by the manager and certain tenants will give you a difficult time if you don't "Kiss" up to the disgraceful manager...
Have a place to park, this place has needed more parking for along long time. 6 apartments and 4 parking spots. Was told not to park in grass, but there should be a few more parking spots. I can't have visitors because my family is unable to walk the 1/2 mile where company has to park .
