***UPDATE*** Did you look at the photos? Did you go into the apartment and look? Did you talk to the head of the militance staff? AND have him speak honestly? Is the dip still there? For the most part, I loved living here. Until they tried to gaslight me about an issue with the floor and charged me $1600. The parking spots are very tight, but I accepted that as part of apartment living. The militance team, and front office team had always been top notch. I lived there for 5 years, and I can not remember when the first time I reported that there is a uneven spot on the floor, a "dip" where it looks like the concert had been cut out and not replaced correctly, and as I rolled over it with my wheel chair it... read more
their horrible parking spaces. They break into your car and they look the other way oh they cant do nothing there. High rent and their apartments aren't even renovated and they raise prices Imao, my bathroom got flooded twice within months of moving, water shut off due to floods every year. They give you 2 hours notice to tow your car while SLEEPING they can blow up my emails about missing cats and packages but can't send an email to the "community" to let you know they are towing your car but they supposedly did everything ... read more
The Lodges at Lake Salish management have been the best I’ve ever worked with. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The maintenance crew is always around and very quick to respond. The parking is a little tight but it’s doable. The management always have fun things going on like raffles, giveaways, and leave little gifts that make the tenants feel appreciated! The paths around the lakes are wonderful to walk around. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Stolen Catalytic Converter less than 45 minutes of parking here in broad daylight. 24 hour surveillance caught nothing. Update: As everyone can see based on the reply. No ownership taken. Read all reviews of this complex and its notorious for car break ins. Do better...
