Stopped at this "salon" to clean up around my eyebrows, which is supposed to be a quick and easy process. Anyway, the lodge manager and master cosmetologist, Lindsey, gave me a waxing and I ended up with 2nd degree burns under my brows that scabbed over and took 2 weeks to heal. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Georgia Board of Cosmetology so that no one else has to unnecessarily suffer at the hands of their callous incompetence.
