The food was excellent and the stories and legends are even better!
It's a wonderful place here at The Lodge at Cloudcroft! It's a very historic hotel and it's a great getaway! The cooler mountain air is so worth coming here! The hotel staff are all so very helpful and friendly and they will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one! I think it's the best place on earth! It I the most amazing place to visit. When my adult children come to visit, The Lodge in Cloudcroft is one on the list to go for lunch. There something very special about, especially that it over 100 years old.
We stayed there one night, but the experience was great! The rooms were decorated well for the era experience. Breakfast was good, people were nice. I wasn't aware they let animals stay, wish I would have, I'm allergic. But slept with windows open, fresh cool air in July!!!
