When we arrived the staff were friendly. When we entered the room the room was dirty, the bottom door lock was in operable and the upper chain lock had been torn out of the door jamb making locking the door impossible. The refridgerator that was reserved was not in the room and when it was delivered there were no front feet making the fridge lean forward so the door would hit the floor so you could not get inside. First time in this motel. Coffee machine has not been cleaned, last coffee bag is still in the machine, crusty, must have been there for days. Iron not working, probably that’s why there is no ironing board provided, no cable, the small ref/freezer needs major defrosting, the toilet bowl was filthy, and there is a cricket in the tub. Towels provided were few. The Kleenex has not been replaced. The hair dryer of course isn’t working and to top it all off - the pool is out of commission. Conveniently located, clean, affordable, amenities are more than what you receive in Laughlin. Staff is always available, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be booking a stay here in the future. All fees and policies were upfront and clearly communicated.
