They groom our cats they good
Groomed our cockers for years but unfortunately the cockers have passed on, now we have a Golden doodle & he at 16 weeks has started his grooming here. Such a friendly staff & very easy to work with!
My Buster is kind of a difficult Senior dog and they did wonderful with him.
I recently picked up my parents dogs that was boarding at the Lodge, the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dogs. The dogs were clean, well groomed and happy. They will definitely be back.
Every year we get fleas in yard cats get them too and i hate they fleas but i took this grommers they amazing cleaning out treated them very well.
I am very disappointed I called in advance for them to watch my 3 dogs from June 4th to the 9th the lady said to bring them over on the 4th someone would be there by 7:45 a.m. we sat there until 8:30 No one showed up so last minute I had to find someone else to watch them for we were going on vacation but thanks to Barb's Groom Room she look them on a short notice.
Business response:
We open at 8am on Mondays. Alot of times employees will arrive at 7:45am, but it isn't guaranteed. She was there at 8am last monday according to our time schedule. Is that the day you came, last monday?
I called to get my maltipoo groomed and they got her in within 24 hours although that may not always be the case it’s still impressive. Dropped her off and she was done within a few hours. She looked and smelled beautiful and she was so excited and happy.
