I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is dirty, smelly, unprofessional and I would never leave my dog there. My dad originally booked a week long stay for my dog but after taking her there to drop her off, we ultimately decided to go pick her back up (after leaving her for about 30 minutes) and taking her somewhere else. Would definitely recommend! I have been to many groomers and Lodge of the Four Paws is definitely one of the best I have been to. My dogs always smell and look great when they are done and they also get done in a timely matter. I love that my dogs don't have to be there even half the day to get a full groom. They always follow exactly the cut I want for my schnauzers and I've never been disappointed! Great groomers!
This was the absolute worst grooming job ever! Spicificlly said what to do and not do and they totally did what not to do without even calling and asking first! Will never go back and sorry I tried them! I was happy with my previous groomer and was just looking for something closer! So I paid more for a botch job! I would not go to this place!
They did a great job on my Shellie and Maltese dogs. In fact, the Shellie looked better than ever. I would go back because they did a better job than the high priced places ever did.
I have a shih-tzu that can be a bit "difficult". We have been through several groomers till a friend of mine recommended Lodge of the Four Paws. I was not very hopeful and warned the girls there of his issues. They were very friendly and seemed confident.A couple hours later I was called and told he was finished and that everything went fine.
