Office staff are rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone and will not return emails. There is a staff member Mikaylah and she will scold you if you call them out on ignoring you. Staff make no effort to even care. They lock themselves in and ignore us. They keep the door shut at all times and do not answer it even when you knock. They do nothing about the fact that our neighbors are smoking inside their apartments and it is making our apartment stink. Do not rent from this place! None of the rules are enforced by management. Rude residents take up handicapped parking spots with no regard for other residents or guests that may need them and the management staff do nothing about it. Trash is routinely left in the hallways for days before being cleaned up and my entire building smelled like weed all the time. My view from my balcony was ruined by neighbors that threw dirty diapers off their balcony onto the lawn that never got picked up. Those same neighbors played obnoxious... read more
The cost to live here is reasonable for the interior of the apartments but for the exterior does not meet the same quality. One of the mangers Jessica is disgustingly rude to customers specifically those of color. There have been multiple instances with members where she has disregarded anything pertaining to them, even to the point of telling another representative “oh, I’ll let you deal with them” upon scheduling a meeting. You can buy a NICE house for what they charge in rent. The "saltwater" pool has NEVER been a saltwater pool. While the maintenance staff are superb, the office staff changed out completely 4 times in the year I lived there. The communication among them was non-existent. For this price point this far out from Boston, I would expect concierge level service, and it's just not there.
