I’m counting down my days. Four days without heat. Two days with an open hole in my ceiling drywall when someone came to “fix” some water damage but didn’t return. Plan to call the office yourself anytime you need snow removed or grass mowed. They MIGHT get around to it. They entered my apartment without notice and CHANGED THE DEADBOLT to an automatic one when I was at work. I'm totally unhappy. Customer service doesn't do anything. The manager of properties where i live, lies and don't answer my calls anymore. I teied many times to talk with her boss, but he is never avaiable. They don't fix the apartament, and now i have to pay a fee of 2 months of rent for broke the contract. Many things in the apartament are really bad. I have mud in my door, the sidewalk is broken, it was agreed to fix before i moved in. I don't recommend at all.
