GINA LEFT ME OUTSIDE IN THE SNOW FOR 20+ MINUTES!!! Wouldn’t answer my emails or text after she ignored me until this afternoon. She says I canceled the appointment but we made the appointment through email NOWHERE ELSE!!! SO HOW WOULD I CANCEL A APPOINTMENT WITHOUT EMAILING HER IF WE MADE IT THROUGH EMAIL. She said she attached the screenshot but really there was nothing at all. I should have read the reviews before even emailing back about a showing but im glad I did not rent from this company. Just a sad sad company.
If you value customer service and working with people that uphold integrity at the utmost level, DO NOT rent from Celtic Property Management. Continue doing research and find other apartments with other property management companies. Avoid Celtic by all means. Particularly, the staff has been extremely rude the last two days because I called with concerns about the following issues: water leakage in my kitchen from the ceiling after a large pouring of rain (I'm on the second floor so that's coming from the roof), misc repair... read more
They do not care about the tenants. It is all about money to them. Too much favoratism.
Management is horrible. They loose your rent and steal from you and always trying to take people to court for no reason. Idiots! And Always cops.
Do not live anywhere this company manages in the raytown area. They do not deal with anything that goes wrong in your apt. Leave your heat broken in freezing Temps, let you continue to have bed bugs after you've told them repeatedly it's needs to be dealt with. They do not return calls ect. The 1 thing they are very on top of is if your rent is 1 second late and that is dealt with very promptly.

This company is trash. I signed a second lease and deeply regret it. The boiler went out last year and worked intermittently when maintenance was called. This year, the boiler wasn't even turned on. My apartment is at 38 degrees, but since they gave out space heaters, they feel like they are "providing heat." Nicole kept referring to the decision the owners made as far as installing new units, but no work has yet to be done. This place is trash. Don't waste your money. I just contacted Celtic about fixing my heat for the FIFTH time in 2.5 weeks. I am surviving off a space heater (that I am paying to run, while also paying Celtic a utility fee that supposedly pays for my heat) because they have not addressed this issue after I submitted a maintenance request online, responded to an email that THEY SENT ME, and called their office three times.
