I am actively house shopping and requested an info pamphlet from the office on Austin. They would not provide any info without my phone number and email, which I would not give out as I do not want to be spammed. The sales staff were quite rude and very inhospitable, almost hostile. I felt I was being talked down to, and they did not want me there. Even if this company had nice properties, I would not be inclined to buy. What an embarrassment of a sales team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lodana Development and want to commend Catherine and Erica for their outstanding service. Both ladies are incredibly hardworking and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Their dedication to their craft is evident in every aspect of their work. Called someone to their office, after receiving an email from her. Ms. CT, sounds arrogant and sensed a lot of racism, after she asked my name. Not a good place to do business, when you're purchasing something called "home". She should be working at Wall Street, if she has so much of an attitude.
