Long time patient of Dr. Boyd. Recently had my first visit with the new provider.... three stars for now but we will see of I stay. There was no effort to learn my history or establish a relationship. Felt as if I was regarded as a collection of teeth rather than a person. Very professional, but I didn't get any sense of caring. Considering that dental procedures aren't fun, compassionate care and taking time for education and explanation are important to me.

Very good dentist and team, from hygienists and office staff. New cool equipment includes a small camera to take pictures of teeth, so they don't have to take as many Xrays. Always a pleasant greeting, comfortable waiting room, good care. Accepts my insurance and makes good suggestions for items not covered.
