I have been with Dr. Hancock for years after Dr. Boyd left the practice. My experience has been great! The entire staff is friendly, professional and caring. I go for my routine visits but have also had to have crowns done. I was very nervous but Dr. Hancock explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable and in no pain during the procedure. I recommend Dr. Hancock and the entire team to anyone looking for a great dentist. I am very happy with all the care I have received!!
I stayed with Locust Street Dental when the practice transitioned from Dr. Boyd to Dr. Hancock. I have been totally pleased with my decision. Mallory is a great hygienist.... very gentle and explains everything before she proceeds. Carly is also wonderful and most helpful researching insurance policies, etc. I recently had two adjacent crowns installed.
