Terrible apartment complex and even worse management. The apartments are filthy when you move in and after you move out they try falsely claiming damages and keep your deposit. Ladonna the complex manager is a liar and cheat, she has no shame cheating broke, newly graduating kids out of their deposits. I would highly recommend renting elsewhere.
It’s very spacious for a one bedroom!
I was very nervous moving to Champaign, as I had heard a lot of horror stories about landlords. My experience there has been nothing but great! I once lost my apartment key on a Saturday night, and Donna still picked up my call and right away had someone let me into my apartment. Also any repair has always been done quickly! Great experience.
