Very clean location and easy access to storage unit. I like the extra security for the indoor units.
Overall great experience with good ease of access to unit, cleanliness, and value for price. The only issue I had was being unable to remove items from a unit after a snow/ice storm. When calling the office, was told the company would not plow the roads within the compound for clients to access their units nor were we allowed to plow them ourselves for liability purposes. I’ve had a unit here for a little over a year now and it’s been nothing but issues the whole time the door to get into where the units are was broken for about 6 months so it wouldn’t open at random points and after it finally completely broke the latch was just removed from the door frame instead of being fixed the office is no help when I told them multiple times about the problem so I eventually gave up on that then in the winter they don’t remove any snow so I had no access to my unit now I got my unit cleaned out and I’... read more
