I was able to call and secure a unit easily over the phone! The only thing that they forgot was to give me the door code and I had to wait until the next day to access my unit but that was minor. The rep I spoke with was from another state but was very polite and helpful.
Helpful and polite staff. Storage unit was clean. Very reasonable prices.
Chris and Barbara were extremely helpful with managing payments and the selection of the 3 units I rented. Although I never intended to keep the units more than 6 months, my year and a half experience with Storagewise was very pleasant.
I had the best experience I called in as I had trouble setting the unit up online and April was so helpful and it was done very quickly I look forward to doing business with Storage Wise Thank you April for all your help !!
