A horrible excuse for a dental office. They offer care to those on Medicaid but offer no transaction services, which are easily available. They are impatient with the patients when they want their care explained. Front office staff Kristin is impatient, unkind and outright rude. Not a good listener. When trying to advocate for my neighbor who doesn’t speak English and asked me to call, she told me she didn’t have to listen to me tell her how I was treating her.
