Several aspects of my service have not been working for over 3 weeks. I've called at least three times regarding a fix; I've been told this is a problem with my phone (which is unlocked, and brand new) and I've been told my mobile data doesn't work because I've used all my high speed data. Do not use H20 wireless unless you want to change to another company and change your phone number! They will never port out your phone number and the phones they supply do not work for anything except the basics! Terrible devious company!!! I have been calling every day for the past 10 days to get them to port out my number. I have had the service for a year and it has never worked.

I switched from ****to H2O Wireless a month ago, really excited about being able to get ****service without the high costs. I would be able to save almost $1000/year while providing phone service for the 4 people on my plan! Problems started with the porting over of the numbers. Tech support was VERY inconsistent. One person would be excellent and the next 3 would be incompetent. Terrible company. Called because I couldn't get any data, was lied to and told I should be getting 3g when I was only getting 2g. Then i was hung up on. When I called back and told them I was sick of it and wanted to cancel I was given no option to keep me as a customer. I have been trying to retrieve my phone records through Locus Telecommunication's Compliance Group department. I have emailed 4 times,left numerous voicemails, and talked to a receptionist 4 times (when I was lucky and someone answered). They don't respond back to the emails or voice mails. I have been a customer of h2owirelessnow for 4 years. I recently decided to upgrade my phone. I ordered my phone online and the website said that my phone should ship within 2 days.
