Blocked my daughter's # without any reason. The official reason was "an abuse" -they insisted that she sent **** messages in one day! she sent barely 150 that day. We didn't get any notice, Just she told us she cannot send any messages. Called there and that is what they told me.

Used to use this company. Cancelled service long time ago but still being charged every quarter. ********* customers service numerous time via email and phone, provided credit card number and all transaction history with date and amount. They told me there is nothing they can do and just keep on charging. Be careful dealing with this company. Never sign up automatic payment.

Apparently this company believe that unlimited is limited. I use my phone a lot personally and they believe that I have an abnormal amount of use on my phone and cut it off. I talked to my job not even 30min of that amount of time and they considered it being commercial use from what the customer rep said to me. It shouldn't matter what I use my phone for or how long I use it if it claims to be unlimited which with the information they told me it is not. Hello , I have been a customer for 8 years and while system issues are inevitable, h2o has always fixed my problem and their staff always polite and helpful.

These people will trick you.. they call a plan $20month but they charge you $20/week!! don't use them, its not worth it!

h2o wireless sells you data and refuses to honor the full amount. I'm on a plan where you purchase 3 gigs of data. I recently set up a data managing app and managed to reduce my data use by 50%. Even though I have only used 1.27 gigs this month according to my phone, they claim I used all 3 and have throttled my data. Talking to customer service is akin to speaking with a wall. I used the service for 10 days and ported my number to a carrier that had constant good data service. They would NOT give me a refund even tho their service was spotty at best. Pandora would cut in and out in a very city area, Pinellas county Florida. Tampa basically. I'd constantly have dropped calls, and their data speed is capped at 6mbps a second, nothing like what they advertise. They advertise at&t network and speeds. Not even close. I wish there was negative star was an option. I have been a customer of h2owirelessnow for 3 yrs. I ordered my phone online and the website said that my phone should ship within 2 days. It didn't ship until a week later. And they charge large shipping fees. Anyway by the time I received the phone I changed my mind and decided to go with a different cell phone company.
