I got Marley twists over my locs with curls at the ends in preparation for my Bali birthday trip, and the style did not hold up. When the style was done, Asiaa used rods for the curls but told me to leave with them still in since they weren’t dry yet, saying they’d be fine after my 4-hour drive back to Houston. I found Asia and Tia after leaving another salon nearby, dissatisfied with the other salon’s results. Thank goodness Tia was able to see me immediately and give me the loc re-tie that I needed. Both ladies were friendly and offered great customer service. I’m newly loc’d and had lots of questions. I have micro locs, and Tia was finished in no time! I’m happy that I finally found service that I can depend on, and will be recommending them to my fellow loc-ees!
Took my deposit money for "Virtual consultation" and never showed. We spoke and agreed to reschedule and again, no-show.
