I have been going to her for a year and a half and my hair is always a hit. She is on time and great at communication.
I had to pull out 100 dead hairs after, then my hair was worst than before it was beyond tangled and didn’t fully wash it, it’s now taking me the longest time to still pull them out and un tangle it
I had the pleasure of getting reattachments, wash & retwist and style by Sondra. If I could thank you a million times I would, I’ve been here in WA for 5 years trying to find a loctician that truly cares about their work, and what they do. I’ve been to many people but now I am calling Sondra my only stylist from here on out, I’m back confident with my locs, she took great care of my hair. I appreciate you so much! Can’t wait to see you next time!
I called Sondra on a Saturday, desperate for a retie. My daughter made an appointment at a salon that does retwists and not reties. (New to the area). After she heard my dilemma, she agreed to see me the next day Sunday. Sondra was professional, courteous, and friendly. I was extremely pleased with my services and will schedule with her again for all of my future hair needs.
