I called Sondra on a Saturday, desperate for a retie. My daughter made an appointment at a salon that does retwists and not reties. (New to the area). After she heard my dilemma, she agreed to see me the next day Sunday. Sondra was professional, courteous, and friendly. I was extremely pleased with my services and will schedule with her again for all of my future hair needs.

Amazing service perfect I couldn’t find any loctitions Available in the area on Sunday because I had a big event but she came through and saved the day and the price was fair! Loved everything would come back here again soon thanks again!!!
AVOID AT ALL COST: I attempted to resolve with stylist directly but was met with unprofessionalism, so I will not be changing my review. I will say that the service started out favorable, as the “loctician“ was able to take me the next day. She confirmed that she could do the style I wanted (which was for my birthday) and she also confirmed the price, $235 ($175 for retwist and $60 for style.
