I am a woman of color experiencing homelessness and the owner / manager of this establishment made a scene with her child while I was waiting on my ride, insisting that I must leave the stairwell before her and her toddler child can go upstairs even though I did not take up even half of the stair case and there are elevators as well. I said sure and left to avoid conflict but this "woman" is egotistical and does not have a soul. I would not be a patron of her establishment.
Jelissa was great! My hair was a mess when I walked in, and I walked out with fresh twists and confidence. Will definitely be visiting her for loc maintenance in the future.
