My daughter had a loc retwist with Francine and she did an awesome job! This was our first time and we will definitely be back !

I booked my appointment on Friday spoke with the Loctician, she informed me she will booked my appointment just text her lock me in. I arrived I did get her booth number, so I called no answer, texted no reply, called again she answered. She stated she forgot to booked my appointment. She asked if I can come tomorrow, I work until 6 pm she said that’s ok, I don’t have confidence she will remember to book me. So I said no worries never mind. Move on to the next.
