I scheduled a same day appointment (practically a walk in). I was greeted with a smile. I have waist length small locs and Nikki shampooed, conditioned, groomed and styled my locs beyond my satisfaction in under 3 hours. I love Locs for Life!

Awful experience! Bad attitude. Horrible customer service. Suprise 5% charge at checkout. Stay away.

GREAT PLACE, GOOD VIBES, PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS. I went to Locs For Life Salon to get my locks done, they were so fast I got in and out within a little bit over an hour. First when I got there,they greeted me all smiley faces and bubbly what was surprising.. then they did a consultation with me and took their time to find out exactly what I wanted to have done and the shampoo was so invigorating and so relaxing the ambience was really relaxing they had nice music playing and then in the dryer area I was able to watch TV they ... read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! They are not worth the money and time. I had very high hopes for the place. A lot of beautiful sistas with beautiful locs. Unfortunately they let me down. The most experienced stylist was the laziest. Ms. Jackie McHugh who comes off very knowledgeable about hair but do not let that fool you. Though she showed knowledge she doesn't feel like putting the work in that she know is necessary and even when asked she makes excuses for why she did not do it properly.
