Letitia is such a breath of fresh air. Her customer service is awesome and I felt so welcomed having tried her for first time! She is such a blessing and her work is exceptional! I’m looking forward to going back.

Omg! Where do I begin? My son and I were running a few minutes behind for our 5 pm appointment, and Letitia was so gracious and got started on my son’s wash right away. She moves with such urgency and respect for her clients’ time. She treated the client behind us with the same respect. She took the time to recommend the right products and explain to my son how to care for his locs in between appointments. (She even gave us an essential product to get us going!)
