So I had to delete my 6 month review and come back for a two and half year review. I would be lost without Lamarenee. I book consistently every four weeks and she’s always honored my appointments. I have major scalp issues and she has tried some methods that have changed the game when it comes to how itchy and flaky my scalp is in between times. If you're looking for a new loctician, who absolutely knows what they're doing and has amazingly talented, gifted hands, you need to make an appointment with Lamarenee. My hair has remained healthy and growing, since she started my locs 11 months ago. Also the salon is very nice and in a great location. I book my appointments as soon as I leave.
I absolutely love miss lamarenee and her work so much! She absolutely knows whats shes doing and im so happy with my hair she does truly incredible work!
Initially, Lamarenee provided decent service. Over the course of a few months her service begin declining significantly and each time I communicated with her about twisting too tightly while discovering her lack of knowledge about hair care, her attitude would negatively change. Lamarenne wanted to do my hair her way rather than what I was requesting. A simple gentle, retwist/2 strand with information on health hair care. I took my six year old son here. He has a very sensitive scalp, but he really wanted locs. When I tell you he was a complete pro when he sat in that chair. Lamarenee worked a miracle. She was very kind and patient. My son's hair came out great and he is very excited for his loc journey.
