Such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and she really makes you feel at home while still being professional and on point with her work. I love that she plays movies and TV shows during the appointment — it makes everything feel relaxed and comfortable, like you’re getting serviced by someone you genuinely trust. Absolutely the BEST I was traveling over an hour to my last Loctician. A friend referred Helene and now I’m officially a dedicated client. Not only is her shop a better commute for me but her work is outstanding. She and Kay take their time and truly give your locs the care they deserve. So happy me and hubby found Helene!
I had a really nice experience! She did a great job washing my hair and even gave me insights about my locs that I hadn't heard before. She was super funny and so easy to talk to. Very convenient and accommodating. But overall, I definitely plan to return!
