I've been there from back in the days when it was Friacos. We liked Loco's from the start. However my last couple of visits there did not set will with me and I don't know if I'll be back. They used to include a soft drink with the luncheon specials. Now they charge $2 something for it. that's about a 25% price increase. They said there were new owners.
