I’ve been at the Loco Depot Training Station for about a year and I love it! The coaches are great at helping with my form and keeping it fun at the same time. I learn something new every time I go!
Sauna was very nice and very clean. Management was very helpful.
I come here for the sauna and I have to say it's absolutely amazing and a huge part of recovery for me. I currently come once a week but I'm going to need to bump that up because I enjoy it so much! Alot of different programs to choose from and highly recommended!
I'm a newbie to Loco and was immediately accepted. Wonderful community and all the coaches are knowledgeable and have helped me tremendously to try and understand all the different moves and how to do them correctly. They offer a wide range of class times. And a free community workout on Saturday come check it out for yourself.
I’ve never been so motivated to exercise anywhere else - wonderful coaching, an encouraging community, and workouts that really push you. I actually enjoy working out now and the progress you see in yourself at this gym is amazing.
