I just had the absolutely most amazing experience ever..Terry my loc stylist was the most precious person ever..just absolutely lovely .sweet, kind, soft handed and she made me look like a beauty queen. The shop was so inviting, lovely ambiance. I have been to many loc hair salons, this one takes the cake. I'm disappointed with how my inquiry was handled. I've followed them on IG for a while and had hoped to get my locs done by them. When I reached out about walk-ins, the line disconnected. Upon calling back, the person I spoke to seemed unaware of the disconnect. Despite this, I asked about walk-ins again, but was met with laughter and a comment about scheduling reties. My locs was down to my waist. Several locs was taken. The locs did not break off. The hair became missing.
