Customer service has been one of the best and most understanding I have ever had. Being a student and new to the city, it was hard for me to adapt and figure out where and how to rent a storage unit. Lockwood Storage has helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. Despite the confusion, they were very kind in supporting me. I definitely recommend it and will return next semester !

I was in between moving from Worcester to Springfield area. These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. They understood the situation and were able to work with my families situation. Thank you again. Highly recommended.

Gates are wide open again Ever since this review this man has made it his personal problem to just hassle me all the time. I have recorded phone calls proving that he made 0 effort to actually fix my access to the units from the people he told me to call. fortunately my dealings with this person are coming to a close. but it's been a horrible experience.as you can tell I'm not big on bad reviews but this is deserved. Was once a cool place.

Convenient location, lots of storage options with very reasonable rates. Appreciated the simple payment interface. Highly recommended.
