1st moved in and kitchen sink was leaking took 3 months to get someone to fix it. had roaches everywhere all the time. had the exterminator over 1 time though out the yr of living at The Ellington. my car was vandalized. had a water leak in the ceiling of bathroom they never fixed. the pool was closed for 8 months out of the 12 due to water leak.. now moved out for 5 months and still have yet to receive security deposit. emailed manager a hand full of times about it. called the corporate office still nothing. over all was / ... read more
Roach infested apartments that they refuse to fumigate (the roaches and other bugs are free to come and go through the huge gaps between doorways) and everything is falling apart because it's so cheaply built. To top it off, the first week of quarantine they made sure to send out an email reminding tenants that though the country was in shut down and millions had lost their job, it wasn't their problem, they would not be pausing late fees, and they would not be working out payment agreements. Unresponsive to any issues that concern the safety of their tenants. I have reached out through text,email, phone call to get issues fixed and nothing is ever done !
