I've been here almost 6 years. Access to stores is great. People complain about bug problems which I've never had any myself. My pet peeve is the dog deposits on the grass and smears on the sidewalks left by resident's dogs and passerby's dogs. In the last 2 years arguments, filthy language, and late night noises have increased. This is a non-smoking building but some people do smoke indoors, cigarettes and weed. As with any place to live, there is positive and negative. It is what you make of it.
