Competitive prices considering you're right here in town and don't gotta go far. You have to cancel your monthly lease 2 weeks prior to the day ya vacate- and I forgot.. but the owner was really cool and didn't hit me with that extra month. This would be a 2 or 3 star review if he didn't and I'd like to do a 5 star since he did .. just doesn't seem justified with current supply/demand but keep in mind its a local business not like a faceless uhaul or Walmart ✌️

The owner - who most likely got the place from his daddy and hasnt worked a day in his life- is rude and directs his anger at his customers rather than his boyfriend living in one of the units scaring people off. Costs the same as new climate controlled units nearby that DON'T have vagrants living there scaring people off when u wake him up

Pro and cons are up too you but the landlord is the man ..very understanding and is a blessing to have..he is one in a million from the real..blessed to have such a place and a landlord to have ..many ways to bless yourself and make a way to level up!!! Yeaaaaaa!!!
